Types of usage data collected

The Service automatically collects Usage Data when you use it. This may include your device's IP address, browser type and version, pages visited on our Service, date and time of your visit, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. When you access the Service using a mobile device, we may also automatically collect information such as your device type, unique ID, IP address, mobile operating system, mobile internet browser type, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. To enhance user experience, our App includes data statistics tools that collect device and system information. These tools do not collect any health or personal information and are used solely for CRASH targeting and AB-testing of new features and designs. The information collected includes:

App permission

We use various permissions in our app to provide you with the best experience. Here is an explanation of the permissions we require:

  • Microphone Permission: We need access to your microphone to record audio for the recording feature. We will not access your microphone without your permission.
  • Storage Permission (for Android 5.1 to 10): This permission is needed to access your local media and save finished audios. We will not access any media files without your permission, nor will we delete or modify any media content.
  • Media Permission (for Android 11 and above): This permission is required for the same reason as storage permission, to access your local media and save finished audios.
  • Phone Permission: This permission is required to detect phone calls and pause recordings during calls. We will not intentionally store this information.
  • Notification Permission: This permission is needed to display recording control functions in the notification bar, such as pausing recordings and adding labels.
  • Battery Optimization Permission: We recommend that you allow the app to close battery optimization to use the recording feature in the background. This permission allows the app to run in the background without interruption, otherwise background recording may be automatically paused.

Use of your personal data and your consent

We are committed to continuously improving our app and providing the best user experience possible. To achieve this, we collect information from you that helps us understand how we can enhance and add new features. By creating a profile or registering to use our app, you agree that:
